Rallycross is a form of sprint style automobile racing, held on a closed mixed-surface racing circuit, with modified production or specially built road cars, similar to the World Rally Cars, although usually with about 200 bhp (150 kW) stronger engines, due to e.g. their 45 mm turbo restrictor plates. It is mainly popular in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Great Britain.

Rallycross is a combination of races and rallies being held on a circuit that is entirely transparent to the public. Rallycross is high impact motorsport. The start is very fast, sometimes so fast that from 0 to 100 km / h is driven within three seconds. The races themselves are short, so about 3 minutes, which may start up to 8 cars simultaneously.
